• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery

• Standard Delivery (Pan-India): 4–7 business days.
• Express Delivery (Selected Cities): 2–4 business days.
• Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and courier partner availability.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all orders above ₹5000/-.
• A flat shipping fee of ₹200 is charged for orders below this amount.
• Express delivery charges will be calculated at checkout (where available).

4. Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

• Courier partner issues.
• Unforeseen weather conditions.
• Local restrictions or strikes.

We will keep you informed if there are any unexpected delays.

5. International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping will be announced soon.
