At KAAY, we offer a 7-day exchange window from the date of delivery. We do not provide refunds—only exchanges are allowed.

  1. No Returns / Refunds: Only exchanges are permitted.
  2. Quality Check: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags.
  3. Exchange Window: Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  4. Eligible Exchanges: Size, color (if available), or higher-value item.
  5. Non-Eligible: Sale, discounted & promo-code items.
